They have a conspiracy of probation, I know most of the people fired before 6 months.

Their expectations are high, The functional manager compares indian hire folks with typically US people.

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Why is this unprofessional and unethical behaviour?

Now I have a better offer from company B.
Is it good to ask counter offer to company A?.
If yes, when should I ask. Now itself or few days before the joining date.?
