Recently had a second round interview with one company 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. When I check online it shows still in process. How long does it normally take to hear back about a position?

I joined as a fresher in tcs...now its 2.9 yrs ....first my mindset was just to focus on learning ....and i worked very hard here ....over worked as per expectations......still unfortunately ....i got a very toxic manager .....who just for ownself did politics and gave me c band and he even gone too much personal to me in that extent......i got released from that project.....from that day i just lost all the motivation to work here in tcs.......lost all thirst to work here
