Im a class B tandem dump truck driver. Owner isn't paying me what he owes me and from what ive heard hes been doing this for years to drivers who have quit. He's trying to tell me i only get paid for the time he bills for, even though that doesn't cover our drive time to and from the jobsites. What can i do about this. Im keeping good records of my time in and out.

If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
