If you are at a Non-Indian consulting firm I would suggest to stick with it vs. pivoting to Wipro will not be a good choice unless you have no other options. The culture and many people you would work with is toxic.

That’s not entirely surprising, though my current firm is very “clique-ey” and can be just as hard to succeed in if you’re not assimilated and accepted as “one of them”. The role is more senior with a bigger remit; hence why it’s attractive
