Any high school art teachers here?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Both my husband and I took each other’s last names and hyphenated. Apparently you can link all your publications to your new name on both academia and pub-med.
I didn't do it, I don't think it's necessary and my husband doesn't really care if I do either.
It really is a very personal decision that you have to make if you really want to do it, what do you want to do?
I changed my last name after I got married and I still use my single name for my publications.
I just got mine hyphenated, haven't found it too be a big deal so far. What exactly is your concern?
I didn't, but me and the hubby agreed it wasn't a big deal and neither of us really care since we think it's a bit silly. Talk to your partner and see how they feel about it
I changed mine. Although I haven't made any new publications since I'm recently married. On my resume I bolded my name on the publication since I published under my maiden name but the resume has my married name. My supervisor who has tons of publications both under her married and maiden name did the same thing. It shouldn't impact things too much if you decide to change it.
I kept mine, but a friend who changed hers said it wasn't a big deal at all.
