I'm looking for some advice. After more than 2 decades working in the same position, I found myself in a miserable state - not stopping to smell the flowers, not being grateful, & just plain exhausted. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed what I was doing, but I also felt like a robot.

Since I was eligible, I took early retirement. I thought things would change and yet, I'm still miserable. What can I do when I don't have the strength to leave the house?
