Maybe pick up a hobby or Pilates. Something you can really focus on maybe and not be bored
Is yoga the same as Pilates? Not being all that fit from sitting at a desk 50+ hours per week, I was considering beginner's yoga.

I'm hoping for an early spring to start gardening and growing flowers. Or maybe find some volunteer opportunities.
I would suggest finding hobbies outside the house that you enjoy. Getting out in the sunshine or even going for a walk can greatly improve both your mental and physical health. Start small, and it will get easier over time.

I want to start this by saying I’m clearly not a doctor or mental health professional. But from my personal experience, it sounds like you’re dealing with a little bit of depression. It might be time to talk to your doctor or seek some therapy and learn what your options are. I wish you luck.
Thank you for your kind words! I agree that I am struggling, although without health insurance, treating with a doctor may not be feasible at this point. I'm working on self-help and praying for strength.
