You don’t have to be perfect. I’ve been watching what I eat more. Trying to balance quick and easy with more fiber and protein. Does anyone else get so wrapped up with having to do everything that they give up? Definitely been me a few times. Now I’m just sticking to one thing, and I’m happy with that.
I try to go to Pilates classes 3–4 times a week and get out for walks on the days I don’t go to Pilates. Even just getting in 10,000 steps and drinking plenty of water can make a big difference for your health. You don’t have to be perfect—small steps really do add up
Start with a realistic step goal! And work your way up from there. If youd like to do 10k steps a day, start with a goal of 5k etc. Also, prioritize protein at every meal.
