How do I alleviate knee pain in my back knee while doing lunges? Woke up this morning and tried to do yoga but in moving from downward dog to crescent with my left foot forward, my right knee started twinging badly enough to stop moving. I’m early 20s, healthy with no injuries but generally have issues with stuff like jump lunges. The knee feels fine while just standing, it’s when it’s locked out with weight on it that it hurts.

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
