Picture yourself driving home after a long and exhausting shift. Without falling asleep and crashing your car. That’s your limit.

Mine is 45 min and I’m realizing it’s too far for 12 hr shift for me. I tend to not stay late and not come in for extra shifts because I end up being gone for 14 hours. I have the option to stay 2 hours more and get time and half the next day but don’t because of the commute. Was a great opportunity but not sustainable for me long term.

I drive 1.5 hours to work and 1.5 hours back.

Depends how far your willing to travel for your own progression 😊

1 hour for me. But with traffic it can be up to 2 hours. It's really too much. I try to work from home whenever it's offered to me.

Align to non-M&A offering but do a lot of work in the space (DD, integrations). B4 recruiter reached out and wants me to provide resume@for review with hiring partner. Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.

Hello guys,
I have heard that most legacy systems specifically mainframes are being replaced and new technologies taking over for similar purpose.
How about employee like us who just started in this mainframe tech . Where will we end up if you stay in this.
Many of onsite leads tells that move of it as they are migrating larger part of it to new platforms but BU heads says it is going to stay for a long long time don't get panicked.
Can anyone let me know the real scenario.??
