I'm losing faith in the leadership—last week, the CTO reported 300–400 daily active users, but today I saw the real dashboard showing only 50–60 DAU. The product lead confirmed these are the true numbers, and the previous dashboard was made just for investors. It's frustrating that even after two rounds of layoffs, there’s still a lack of transparency.

I don't have any work to do in my current company. Poore din sota hu no calls. Get work once a week or two weeks.

Is it a good idea to switch company?

Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.
How am I supposed to give notice to my current employer without knowing BGC status ?
