Yes please use spellcheck before hitting send so we can properly follow your conversation. Because in your 2nd paragraph you said fail ... did you mean file? You expected them to fail later this year vs. you expected them to file later this year says several different things. 🙏🏽💜😎 #noshade #nodisrespect
Now is a TERRIBLE time for internationals to do an MBA unless you come from a family business and plan on returning to your home country. Job market is bad already, many companies refuse to sponsor, and now Trump going after international students is adding another complication. The BEST outcome you could possibly hope for as an international is landing an underpaid job at a company that still happens to sponsor (like Mastercard) or going to a place like Amazon that only sponsors so that they can abuse the shit out of their H1-Bs and force them to do double the work of non sponsored employees since they know you have no choice.
If you forfeit your PERM to do a MBA rn, even if it’s Stanford, YOU ARE A FCKING IDIOT. No nice way to say this, it should be as clear as day.
What made you decide to do an MBA in the middle of PERM?
MBA was always the goal. PERM was filed in December I thought they’d fail later this year. Any insights into this?

Immigration intent is only indicated when you file I-140. You’re good.

Green card > MBA. Don't you see how Internationals struggle?
Trust me, get your greencard first, especially in this geopolitical climate. An MBA is not worth foregoing your green card application, especially if you want to stay in the US longterm. A lot of companies are no longer even sponsoring H1-B
