Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Honestly pretty big assumption people were paying attention during a screen share.
In all seriousness - it happens. They could be interviewing elsewhere too. If they pretend they saw nothing roll with it.
Play it off like your mentor or coach (who cares if you don’t have one, they don’t know that) suggested to keep fresh on interviewing.
Well, if you're taking interviews since you want or are most likely planning on leaving your company, then it shouldn't matter too much. If you're leaning towards staying but interviewing to see your options, market value, etc, then you can just say something like "I usually take some interviews so that I can evaluate/test my knowledge and skills in the current market" if someone were to ask.
It's very common for people to leave companies (you'll see this a lot at FAANG/silicon valley companies where people typically hop around), so don't sweat it too much.
It’s new normal to leave and job hop. Ignore and pretend like that never. Walk like a boss and go easy with it
Honestly I doubt they care. If anyone asks deny everything
Let people assume and don't volunteer any information. If you are looking, there are others looking outside of your organization as well.
Just be honest about it if it comes up. Why not communicate in a field of honesty to position yourself to have an honest conversation. You can’t guarantee they will be honest but I think you increase the likelihood as good as you possibly can.
