Hi fishes! I Have an interview at an agency in NY I’ve been crushing on for a while. Having a hard time figuring out my salary range. I make 90k in SF at agency, would it be crazy for me to enter the discussion at 85-90k? Knowing I’d be willing to be backed down to around 80k (give or take 2k). Glassdoor is a little confusing bc there’s separate suggestions for “senior designer” and “senior graphic designer”. Anyone have suggestions or willing to offer how much they make? Thanks y’all!

My current role is pretty secure, so besides increased comp, I’d want to make sure any new role would include some sort of safety net.

Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
I'm a 2nd year associate at a midsize, blah firm in the mid-west. Trying to get into privacy but there are very few opportunities in the area outside of the handful of biglaw firms which aren't likely prospects for me. Moving cities isn't an option for family reasons.
I got an offer for a privacy program manager role. Pretty much pure privacy work for a slight drop in pay. Has anyone made a similar change/know of someone who has? Is it a one-way trip away from law?
I don't hate my coworkers but I'm running out of excuses to skip social events at work.

How soon is too soon to leave a job that isn’t for you? I’ve been at my new position for a month and a couple of the opportunities that sold me on the position have evaporated, meanwhile the work is next to nothing. I wanted a challenge so I could further my talents and the only thing being tested is my patience 😅
