Honestly, if I were you, I would spend more time on analyzing your goals and doing some introspection. 730 is enough and unless you hit. 770 or 780, it’s like splitting hairs.
Its the mean score at top schools, which means most students they admitted had this score. If you get dinged, it wont be because of the 730. But, if you are an Indian International male engineer, ignore all of the above and retake it.
I’m a white LGBTQ male at a T2 and stuck with my 730, applying for next cycle. GMAT was a struggle for me so I decided I didn’t want to retake. Going to focus more on my story. Goal is M7 but mostly Columbia / Kellogg. I hear different perspectives all the time but ultimately I don’t think a 740/750 vs a 730 is really going to be the differentiating factor. Guess we’ll see.
Yes, does not matter.
Depends. Can you differentiate yourself meaningfully from the broader consulting pool somehow?
If you are dead set on M7, would encourage you to retake if you are an ORM/white dude to be farther above the average.
Sounds like you are not rushing for R3 so makes sense to try again when you are more prepared.

If you’ve scored higher on an official practice or haven’t put much time into studying, yes. Otherwise, probably not
How much more time do you have?
