Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

I don't know you but I want to tell you that the Hiring Process is changed now due to Ats(Application Tracking System) and also due to Involvement of some Hiring Managers right from Round One after Corona Virus Pandemic and because of this there is a Significant Reduction in Recruiter's Calls.
It's your choice to mention Career Gap but I think treat it as a job search period because it is a Unsual Situation of Changed Hiring Process and no one can do anything about it other then changing strategy.
And if Recruiter's mentioning of your current job situation started to affect you then you can also question them like did they call you or send the job description after mentioning on the phone
And I think your Upskilling or Certifications will come handy as and when if Recruiter's get specific about your current job situation.
And if rejection mails started to affect you then for your peace of mind don't treat certain wordings or phrases as rejections like Higher Candidacy Pool,Status Change/Requirements Change,We have decided not to fill this position at this time,Position Closed/Filled,Higher Candidacy Pool, Qualification/Achievements Impressive but we have decided to move forward with other candidates,Where Recruiter gives two responses like Assessment or Round 1 not passed and Position is on hold and Rejection mails coming on Sunday's.
Try to improve your Naukri and LinkedIn as Visibility has turned out to be one of the important factors in this Changed Hiring Process.

But don't think much as some Recruiter's are getting specific about the Current Job Situation not everybody as some understands the Situation of this Changed Hiring Process.
You have work experience it is good but it is seen in this Changed Hiring Process that other factors are playing a important role.
