I'm shopping around for products with Apple AI but there seems to be no solid positive response. Who's got the new iPhones or iPads? Is Apple intelligence intelligent? :D Is it worth the buy or should I just stick to my Pixel's Gemini?

Gemini is way more superior than Apple AI is so I'd suggest waiting till they come around with a better product and just enjoy your Pixel for now. Personally, I'm a huge Pixel enthusiast so I'd never suggest Apple anyway, but this isn't coming from that place ;D

Gemini is literally the lowest rung of efficacy inAi tools. Apple AI isn’t great but I would say ignore the os embedded tools and download deepseek hands down. Take even the most basic prompt and share it across all three- G, GPT, and DS and let the results blow your mind.
