My company is sending people to 4 hour AWS primer classes then telling clients that those people are data science/AI experts and will apply ML to any and every problem a client may have. Considering this, I guess I’d rate my company as average to high.

By and large, the real innovation is being done by the boutiques while the large consultancies jump on the bandwagon to get a piece of the action.

Partners / MDs become 'experts' overnight, only because they've been reading books on the topic for the last two years and they paid to sit on a couple of conference panels since...

Of course it sounds grandiose because the salesware is impressive by design.

Am I being cynical? Yes. But I'm pretty confident I'm also 100% spot on.

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
