I'm starting to realize that I pushed myself too hard and reached too much success, too fast. I spent three years working 60+ hour weeks, and I was able to go from the kid fresh out of college to upper management. But I'm truly miserable. I'm expected to keep up the pace indefinitely, and while I know I did this to myself, I don't think I can do this. How can I cutback on my workload without losing the progress I've made in my career?
