My h1b got picked up in lottery this year but case hasn’t been processed yet. Meanwhile I also applied for H4ead extension. What happens to it when H1b gets approved?

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

Any company (consulting or others) still sponsoring h1b visa or green card for new hires?

Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. Can my license be renewed without the original extension petition? Or do I need to wait for the originals to come in. Trying to understand what do I need to carry to the DMV. Based in CA. Query regarding Switching of Visa from Skilled worked dependent to Individual Skilled Worker visa. I was on a Dependant Skilled worker visa for 1 year 1 month and now switched to an individual skilled worker visa. Will the previous year in the UK count for ILR ? Or does the clock start again
