Any tips on leaving a firm “correctly”? I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. Is this a good time to move from pre-tax 401K to Roth IRA? We have been one income family last 4 months but I still expect year income to be in $250K-$270K range. Considering conversion for $40K amount.

Meta’s current price looks pretty attractive… half the P/E of Home Depot, 2/3rds of UPS.
