Is collagen really worth the money? I tried it once, and it tasted so off and felt so processed that I decided against it. But ever so often, I'll see a reel of a woman in her 40s glowing like the sun and saying it's the collagen that's doing it. I can't get myself to believe it can actually work miracles for you.. Do any of you swear by it? Please guide me in the right direction!

It may not hurt to try a different brand and see if you have a better experience. But keep in mind almost all social media influencers use filters or retouch their content in some way on top of the right makeup, lighting, angles, etc. So that woman is glowing like the sun because of a lot of things beyond collagen.

Yes, yes, a hundred percent yes. My skin and hair have never been more nourished and strong. I do Vital Proteins, and sometimes I do Primal Harvest. I think it's the best thing women over 35 can do for themselves. And if you don't like the powder, try and make homemade bone broth!

Yes

^ THIS.

Perhaps you need to do more research. Because honestly, once you do there's just no question. The best way to decide is to make an honest effort to investigate for yourself. Because you don't want to "be convinced," and you shouldn't, you want to know and understand

I can tell you it’s worth it, it really helps my joints. Skin nails and hair not so much but as long as you find a good one that works for you that’s all that matters. I have mine every morning in my coffee or hot tea.I would also make sure that whatever form you get, if you get a powder form that it dissolves fully.

Collagen peptides can support skin hydration and joint health but it’s a subtle, cumulative effect, not a metamorphosis.

Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?
