I got an offer from KPMG which have basic, flexible component. Could anyone please help me to understand the flexible component is fully paid or not? Restructuring would not be able to absorb all the flexible component.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

I was told I was the top candidate for a role after final rounds, but the role was impacted by the hiring freeze. Since then I’ve reached out to the recruiter but haven’t gotten any response (been almost 3 months). I saw a posting recently for another role that would be a good fit - should I reach out to the recruiter if I plan on applying?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Leaving Google today after <16months for a stronger opp and over $100k more in base + more in equity. So happy, and the number of Googlers who affirmed my decision and expressed curiosity about roles outside the company in my final 2wks was wild.

If you want to leave, don’t just theorize—do it. If you’re feeling stagnant/underutilized, trust your gut and look around. There’s so much learning, visibility, and cash to be gained outside, and Google’s value prop is diminishing daily.

How much should I push myself the first few months? I am noogler in my first month, I’ve been pushing myself to show my work and being more active. But now I’m thinking will I be burning myself out if I do that so early. Maybe I should “take it easy”
