What’s the typical turn around between negotiations with comp team. Does recruiter have any say in your comp besides submitting it to comp team?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

I am a technical recruiter with three years of experience. I am currently interviewing at a series B tech start up located in CA for a fully remote position. From the personal experience..if u r attending amazon interviews..pls discuss abt the package and the band prior to interview schedule.. or else it s jus a waste of time... band 4, 5 or whatever should be in the Jd.. don't go with verbal communication... thy ll change the plate quite often

Wanted to know, is an offer likely at this point or is it a coin toss? I am open to most locations and most areas of work aside from cloud and mobile, but am willing to be more flexible if need be.

I want to get into Google Cloud, non tech. Preferably, Navy/federal sales of some sort. Would getting the Google Cloud Foundations cert give me a leg up? I’ve never done cloud or SaaS, just profesional services, B2B.
