Anybody moved to BDO from Big 4? How does it compare? Any significant differences? Other than name

Business model is to use cheap, underpaid labor from college grads who can't go elsewhere or pay debts. Churn em and burn em.

Just landed as a PR in Canada a month back.
Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit?
