Is it just me or is the job market depressing? I have easily applied for 100's of jobs and only had one interview (which I thought went well) and dozens of "we're moving on with other candidates". The interview I had was all the way in December and I've been ghosted since. I have revamped my resume and now I'm just sick of the process. Either I'm worthless even though I have committed 12 years to an industry that would translate into others or the job market just sucks that bad right

When drafting a brief or other submissions for court or arbitration, do you use words such as clearly, erroneously, etc. to emphasize certain points? Our managing partner says that we should, but all of the writing guides for litigators that I've read repeats the mantra "show, don't tell" and explain that most judges dread such words.

I know that the politically correct thing to do here is to do whatever the managing partner wants me to do, but I just wanted to ask for other ppl's opinion.

Anyone else getting pretty harsh feedback on your candidacy as a whole from Maria at applicant lab? I feel like I have a doable shot at my target schools based on gpa, gmat and essays but every time she reviews she suggests I have no chance. It’s been pretty discouraging.

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?
