I finished my masters degree last October and have been looking for a job since then. Can anyone please refer me to entry level roles that are not asking entry levels to have 3-5 years experience if that even exists these days. Also below is a link to some of my work any feedback on the portfolio would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Good morning and Happy Monday 🤍 How are you ladies getting workouts in since all the gyms are closed? I’m looking for 10 women who would be interested in doing a fitness program with me. Workouts are more fun with other people 💜 I would love for you to join me and we can do the program together. https://www.teambeachbody.com/shop/d/BODStandalone?referringRepID=2457456

You don't need to include them. They should ask when it's time.
As someone who works in human capital management, the social media manager is right - used to be the norm, but is not any more. Don't do this - it takes up space and most hiring managers will not care abt this. If they need / want your references, they will circle back to it at the conclusion of the process - it's usually a last step. This should be left out in 2025.
