Is it True that Genpact employees don't get their complete pay, as per many LinkedIn posts? I see that people are complaining about harassment and pay not being credited to their accounts completely, and HR and management are not interested in listening to the employees' voices.
Is it a wise decision to join Genpact over Thoughtworks? Genpac has a 2 LPA higher CTC than Thoughtworks.

If you are referring to bonus then just a small amount is cut from that. Salaries and others are always paid on time only

Exactly as I suggested it can matter on the project also. As this is majorly a BPO hence majority of experiences could be on the bad side. KPO projects are each and every subjectivite to the client

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

Hello,
I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
YOE: 3.5
