Is it okay to email a recruiter if you find the email on your own? I mean most emails nowadays are fistname.lastname@company.com/net

Does this annoy recruiters especially if you already sent them a LinkedIn message and they didn’t respond or does it show you’re serious about the job?

Recruiters care about KPIs and bonuses . The role of recruiters is to recruit . No real harm to know in all the doors - if there an interest you will be called .

They are not annoyed

a linked in message should suffice. Most big company recruiters use LinkedIn Recruiter so the inmails already show up in our inbox. We get hundreds of LI inmails a week so give them time to reply 2 weeks is normal. UNLESS they reached out to you first then it's OK to email directly.
Additionally you likely wont know who the right recruiter at a compay x is. Randomly spamming all recruiters at compay x is not a good look. Just apply for the job and the right person will contact you if there's a fit. (The one exception to this might be if you are in sales or biz dev as it shows your ability to get to the decision maker.) but I'd always start by applying directly for the job. Good luck

I can see their photo on my message on LinkedIn, so I know they read my intro message. Why don’t they respond? With so many applicants I feel just submitting an application isn’t enough. I’ve never worked this hard to find a job

How do find a recruiter in the legal field? Have been looking for a job for a year now and trying to transition into another practice area. Applied to more than 20 jobs and still no offers. I feel like I might need some help.
Also, I have no idea how these arrangements work. Do you pay the recruiter to look for the jobs or do you pay them when you get the job? Or does the employer pay them?

I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

So had my first interview in one of the big 4 but it got me completely off guard. First one was call screening and then a technical interview. Now what I didn’t expect is rather than technicalities they focused on the consulting a lot more. Now the role that was marketed was technical/Architect and they even said that in current capacity you’ll work here as a technical person. I don’t think it went well. Coming from a technical background I was hoping for coding .
Is it always like this?
