Its been 1 month since I joined Capgemini as a Java Developer for consultant role but till now I got only one call for project which I didnot cleared. Is there any way we can get more calls to get allocated to project fastly or we need to constantly bug our staffing partner to share our profiles and schedule interviews. Can anyone please tell or share their experience?

Am I the only one left at the end of the month trying to bill 10hour days to meet hours because I slacked off at the beginning of the month? It’s a vicious cycle. Then the end of the month hits and I’m so exhausted that I need to take it was the next week... and the cycle continues
