It’s been 14 days since my final panel interview. They told me they’d decide by last Friday, but I haven't heard a thing, even after a follow-up email. Is it safe to say that I’m either the backup choice or just completely out of the running at this point? I'm really trying not to get my hopes up, but I'm tired of the wait.

It's hard to know, some organizations plan to make decisions in a timely fashion and then have problems reaching consensus. Chances are you're being ghosted, but you never know. You should still try to reach out and get a definite answer.

Hi Fishes,
I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?
