I've been a founder and owner of a company in Bangalore for 10+ years now, and I've built our brand, creatives, packaging and products from scratch. I've pretty much handled all dealings with our business for 10+ years now, but it gets tiring.

I'm trying to apply for jobs at companies, but most of the recruiters say that my work experience is not relevant (even though I've been doing freelance English editing for 5+ years now).

Any advice? It doesn't make sense to start over.

I will currently end as Plat Pro in American due to promotion but thinking of switching to United in 2020. I spend about 14-15K in a year but don’t have enough QS/QM to re-qualify for Plat Pro (cont.)
