Took my first round of Clomid 50 mg this month and learned today that my progesterone levels are low and I likely I didn’t ovulate. I feel discouraged. Joined L11 Analyst in AI as a graduate earlier this year, will I be eligible for a bonus at the end of the year? If so, how much is typical?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? What is the best statement to make when you want to renegotiate the offer after calling the HR of company A, given that you have a better offer at hand from Company B but still willing to go with A as they are offering better role however you don't wanna miss out on prospects of better pay??
