Bureau Veritas -24 lpa fixed is 21.5 n rest var
Hexaware - 30 lpa 27 is fixed

Which one should I opt? Hexaware has good stabiloty n work life balance n do they follow hire n fire rule ?

Just wondering if any Junior designers feel the same but I work as the only graphic designer in a small digital marketing agency and lately there isn't any new projects and work coming in at least in my "department". No one is really touching base on anything but I'm still getting paid a salary ($42k/y). Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office.
