I recently left the Army about a year ago. Did a DoD SkillBridge fellowship and accepted the full time offer because I was scared of not having a paycheck. I’m an experienced candidate who recently got an interview at BCG. Assume I’m not successful and I were to go for a one-year MBA starting in the fall, will I get an interview even if I don’t do the GMAT? I heard MBBs like the GMAT for MBA candidates, but if I can get the interview without the MBA, will the gmat make a difference while I’m in the MBA?

I have been working the same position for 5 years. But our job title has changed a few time I went from a pre registration rep to a verification specialist during my time there I want to branch out but not sure where to go from here. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I’m on the fence about emailing my recruiter and explaining the circumstances/asking for a retest. Don’t want to come off like I’m complaining but also don’t want this to be the reason I don’t move forward. Any advice appreciated…
