I’ve been applying for multiple HSBC roles in Kolkata since January, but the experience has been discouraging. The process is repetitive—after applying, I either receive an SHL assessment with no follow-up or an automatic rejection. In some cases, the link auto-submitted before I could attempt it, and it's happening within 30 minutes of receiving the mail.
The process feels inconsistent and lacks transparency, with rejections and no feedback despite genuine effort.
