I failed CFA level 3 once.

Tips on writing marketing company that sounds organic and punchy?

I hate working every Sunday. I don’t work a full 8-6 or whatever but I’m always putting in a solid 5-6 hours in addition to the 1-2 hours or so on a Saturday. Is there something better than this? I don’t know how normal this is. I see people going out and going to brunch and the beach and shit like that and I’m starting to think maybe I should find a firm where this isn’t expected or quite so normalized. It’s not going above and beyond, here it’s just “part of the job” ffs get me out of here

What are of the ways you “manage up”? I work for a couple partners who rely on me heavily to handle things from start to finish, but I’m still a bit junior (3rd year) and I need them to be able to answer questions and review my work sometimes. They don’t mind doing this, they’re just juggling a lot and I want to help them help me without interrupting their schedules too much.
