I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

I moved from internal to become a client facing consultant. And I wanted to try it and make my resume look better. But honestly, I love being internal much much more and am looking to go back to industry. Although industry isn’t as flexible and maybe pay/benefit isn’t as good as big4. I guess it depends on your personality and what you’re looking for in your career
I was doing internal work at EY and made a switch to external (I told myself I will just do it for maybe 2-year to make my resume look better and go back to industry). It turned out to be one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made! But I know it’s not for everyone. I struggled for the first year and wondered if consulting was the right fit for me. Things got much better once I’m settled in and established my network. Looking back I never regretted my decision and I don’t think I will go back to industry any time soon. Feel free to drop a burner if you wanna chat more
Most people here work with external clients, as consultants
Right. I'm hoping to hearing experiences of people who have moved from an internal function to external facing role and if they are successful/happier.
Was doing internal for 3.5 years, and recently moved to a client-facing role. Pay is much better, but there’s is an obvious additional layer of stress when being at the whims of a client and project deadline. Internal deadlines and work always seemed to be much more flexible.
