Mag 365 really works take about a hour before bed….
I was recommended magnesium supplements and I really noticed a difference in my quality of sleep, and how I feel the following day.
At times I was really struggling I used to have a relaxation exercise on CD that gently talked me through feeling the tension leave each part of my body. I'd usually be asleep before it ended.
Just to add as well, if there's something in particular on your mind that's contributing to the sleep problem, writing about it to get all the thoughts out of your head might help. Sometimes I do that, and in writing it all down, it clears my head and helps me see the wood for the trees. Might not be for everyone but you never know!
