Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. It depends on your HCM / Management and Client.

Yes there is a buyout option. Show your joining date and ask your home manager
Hello OP,
For early release, talk to your Home Manager.
They’ll push the discussion with EDL and Director for your early release based on your reason.
Later, an email will be initiated by EDL and would require Director’s approval and HR manager in loop for early release confirmation.
Thanks for the information
In my case, I spoke with the Account leadership, Client and Service Line hierarchy of my intent to get released earlier. They were kind enough to agree for a few days. Later on after setting the background and checking on the process with the HR POC, the HR directly asked for an approval from the VP of my service line within Cognizant. Approval came within an hour and the Clearance App reflected the updated LWD within 2 days.
Of course it depends on how your connection is with each group so as to reach out to them directly.
This happened to me when Retention talks were still going on with different groups.
But as stated in my previous comment, it really depends on a case to case basis, your service, client, etc.
I greatly appreciate your input. This would be helpful for me.
