I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.
My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

For the last four weeks or so of WFH I’ve been making it to my desk around 7:30/8am and working basically without a break—lunch at desk- but cannot maintain momentum past like 6:30/7:30pm. Most of the day is billable work, but I cannot bring myself to finish outstanding assignments after 8pm, but then feel so guilty when I’m not working past that time. Am I burnout or fucked up? (Also I hate this gig & am not in it for the long haul, just hate not turning things quickly)

Hi! My family currently owns a SFH but are looking to move to a newer built house because we are done with all the maintenance expenses. The avg current home values is 1M in our area. We are aiming to buy a brownstone in New York and it’s listed for $2.5M. Bank (first republic) is requiring a 25% down payment ($625K) and if we collect all of our cash/savings we are able to put $400K together so missing $225K. Does the bowl have other ideas or banks (who require lower down payment) that we could consider ? Any tips/ advice would help. Thanks!
For investors, at least two takeaways from this are more people are buying pricier houses. A second is the less expensive houses in the $100k to $250k range is appealing for those less qualified.
