I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

For the last four weeks or so of WFH I’ve been making it to my desk around 7:30/8am and working basically without a break—lunch at desk- but cannot maintain momentum past like 6:30/7:30pm. Most of the day is billable work, but I cannot bring myself to finish outstanding assignments after 8pm, but then feel so guilty when I’m not working past that time. Am I burnout or fucked up? (Also I hate this gig & am not in it for the long haul, just hate not turning things quickly)

I am currently working at Infosys with 3 years of experience in Java. I got am offer from ibsSoftware for 14 LPA (13.3 fix).
Yesterday, I also got an offer from Oracle but they didn't gave me my expected salary (I asked for 15 lpa). Oracle gave me 11 fix + 1 variable + 1 joining bonus. Which one should I join considering oracle is a big brand name.

Mortgage application was denied (condo couldn’t get approved). I have a chance to walk away. Condo market in the city I’m in is relatively weak. Could I offer to try another lender at a lower price or is the only option to break the contract? I don’t mind walking away and finding another condo.

Hi, need some advice because very new investor when it comes to owning personally versus LLC. Currently own my home and planning to purchase two lots of land sooner rather than later. With three real estate assets under my arm, getting a little worried about having them all under my personal name. Should i create an LLC and purchase the lots under that name? Should i transfer my first home?

I have business income of about 100k from my other business this year, can I write off anything from this transaction against my business income ? Hi! My family currently owns a SFH but are looking to move to a newer built house because we are done with all the maintenance expenses. The avg current home values is 1M in our area. Bank (first republic) is requiring a 25% down payment ($625K) and if we collect all of our cash/savings we are able to put $400K together so missing $225K. For investors, at least two takeaways from this are more people are buying pricier houses. A second is the less expensive houses in the $100k to $250k range is appealing for those less qualified.
