I was reached out by a Microsoft recruiter yesterday. And I told not interested in the position. Now I feel little bad may be i should have given the interview. Can I reach out to the recruiter again ?
PS: it's been only 6months since I joined in the current company

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Advise - dnt consider CTS unless ur bgv cleared.
Reason u might got the offer letter bt dnt believe in getting joining ..until unless you received joining pass pots bgv....
Bcz my candidature got stopped as even all docs were real but one of company according to their bgv team was blacklisted which I got to know after 1.5 months.
So stay safe 🙏

No any meeting or agenda there.
You got offer letter > you will upload doc in portal for bgv > your bgv status like you uploaded & completed then ur bgv will start and it will took 14 days. Suppose any doc not as per the matching requirements you will again upload same and again 14 days.. So this cycle will continue untile bgv cleared.
My case - almost 3-4 times a normal doc which my recruiter told me to upload and I told her also that it will again reject as I upload same.
Bt according to her this time it will work but in reality I found later in end that she also dnt have any idea and real cause was blacklisted is the reason as that's why my cycle of upload & complete bgv and again rejected coming.
And a third another some HR told me this reason and then she said your candidature stopped.
So in short this type of situation happened and lastly as I got to know the real reason after 1.5 months which after alot of regressive follow ups with recruiter as she said and the real cause come in picture.
Even after 2 months complete I dnt even get any reply as later they decided to hire me on contract based for which I become agree. But again same chutzpah as since 15+ days no more action or positive response about joinng that way too.
But since I already left my hope from them when I got to know why bgv not clearing plus they are not giving any candidature in the name of contract.
So I look for better option and yes.. Rest is ...😇

That is a formal round all the questions will be asked same but that will be recorded its like a formal one. do not think much you will clear it will maximum 5-10min not more than that.
Its kind of an offical technical round that's all. Not even need to worry at all.

If you have cleared all the rounds, then you can ignore the mail contents and you just have to fill your pan card details and upload 2 photos, live and passport.
