35 - 2 kids. Stopped drinking, cut out snacking/dessert at night. Get up at 5 am 3-4x a week and run/bike/some kind of cardio, then strength train in garage. All I have is adjustable dumbbells, weighted vest and pull up bar as my set up. Can get a lot of variety right there and cut out driving time to gym or wherever. It’s hard no doubt and the older I get, the more diligent I have to be. I ballooned up to 225 during Covid and am back down to high school weight now. Don’t want to go back there.
Alcohol has been my Achilles heel. Thanks SD1
Kettlebells, no easy way though going through the same thing. Stay hard OP
The only bad workout is the one you don’t do. CrossFit in particular is notorious for sports injuries which can cause muscle weakness. Just keep at it - you don’t build endurance overnight
I have tried everything and now Ozempic seems to be working🤷♂️
Bought a set of variable weight (up to 50lbs in 5lb increments) dumbbells and a bench. Love lifting at home. 9 months in, slowly getting jacked
Bodi workouts work for me so I can get a good workout done before kids wake up. LIIFT has been great.
Been hard to cut out crap foods and UPF. Reducing alcohol as of last week to 3x/wk.
Intermittent fasting is the only way I can maintain my weight now after kids. Gives me more time during the day, as well. No breakfast, and 3-4 times a week no lunch. Alternate between 16:8 and OMAD.
