Just got put on my first PIP ever because I wasn't making enough calls. My old manager never really checked on me, but this new guy is watching my every move. They say it's to help me improve, but everyone here thinks they're just trying to build a case to fire me. I can do the work, but having someone breathing down my neck constantly is driving me crazy. Should I try to stick it out or start looking for something else?
