I started getting up early before busy season which has a made for a really smooth transition. If I’m working from home, I will go to the gym on my lunch break. If I’m going into the office I’ll go before work (I can’t bring myself to after a full day of working lol). That has really helped me. I’ve kept a goal of working out 4-5 times a week, with flexibility to move some workouts to the weekend if needed. So far it has worked really well! I’ve been consistently working out for about 3 months, including a month of busy season.
Congrats! This is awesome!
Busy season isn’t applicable to me, but I found group classes at the gym keep me accountable. They’re an hour long, I don’t have to overthink what exercise routine to do, I just show up and leave after an hour
Very true. Thanks for the tip
If you have an at home bike you could get an attached desktop and have your laptop up while you cycle. Can also carve out 30 minutes in your day to do something fitness related that you may like
Thank you!

Once I get on a regular routine, I'm good for a few months. Currently trying to find the new routine. Quick exercise breaks multiple times a day are helping (a jog around the block in the morning, a bunch of two minute push up or pull up breaks, stretching breaks, bike trainer with the laptop for webinar calls, whatever else I can think of)
First, understand why you don’t keep up with the routine.
