I have an offer from ICICI Bank for Treasury Sales Manager in Mumbai. I have done my MBA in finance from IMI, Delhi and cleared CFA Level 2. What should be the expected CTC given that my current work ex is 1.3 years and my current ctc is 16 LPA? How much hike can I expect?

Do @ICICi have hybrid mode of work in TEchnology groups? Pls advise.

I am a lawyer (based in the UK) and have been practising for 15+ years (financial services/banking). I love being a lawyer but I would also love to do something more creative or more independent. Has anyone moved from law into another role or has anyone done something more creative alongside their full time legal career? I’m feeling a bit stuck!

Thoughts on long-term (5-30 years) fate of the market for consulting in London? I’m considering a move from outside UK but some have argued that London market is “just a fight over the increasingly diminishing pie”, despite the temporary uptick in consulting work now to deal with corona& Brexit. Joining BNP Paribas for role of Senior BA in bangalore, is the Bangalore office new? How many employees are there? How is company culture? Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
