Anybody here who gave interview for senior business analyst role in IQVIA?

I’ve been verbally offered a position at a new company, but the recruiter insists on getting a verbal acceptance before sending the offer in writing. This person insists on negotiating salary before sending the paperwork. Generic benefits, RSUs, bonus info have been provided; it’s all unofficial.

This is absurd. Am I missing some “new way” of doing things? Your take?

Had anyone gone from a med tech (MT/MLS) to LIS? What the pay more or less? I was offered a position with their second offer being 7k less than I make now. How can I negotiate more even if it’s a “change of career”..

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

Joining BNP Paribas for role of Senior BA in bangalore, is the Bangalore office new? How many employees are there? How is company culture? Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
