Lloyds is very good company but Current management of LTC is worst. Mostly those who joined from Wells Fargo.
I don’t know why even i am writing this here. Guess just being more frustrated than ever before.

Lets me list reasons
1) management has no understanding of how to make good culture in a new company
2) treats employees as kids and insulting manner
3) EXPECTS DEVELOPERS TO WORK IN 2 SCRUM TEAMS

I’m totally empathetic to people that miss offices and traveling. I understand your reasons why, I truly do.

For me personally, after non-stop weekly travel for 4 straight years, not traveling has made me realize how much I enjoy being home. Spending time with family, sleeping in your own bed, consistent exercise schedule, etc.

I for one hope consulting becomes more of a hybrid travel model (i.e. travel 1-2x per month or as needed). Else it won’t be for me.

Here's mine: I was working in the call center and I was explaining to a customer that he had used up all his credit and that's why he couldn't surf the Internet on his phone. He started to insult me for 8 minutes and, due to company policies, I could not hang up until he had finished.
