Looking for handheld massager.Any brand and model recommendations.. Is theragun Worth the hype. Amazon have one with toloco for 40 bucks with ton of reviews. Not sure why there is so much price difference. I don't exercise much, mainly looking for back ,neck and head massager to treat sore muscles in these areas.

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

How many firms is too many? I’ve practiced 13 years. Since I was a 1st year associate, every 3 years or so I’ve been recruited for another opportunity that is hard to pass up. I’ve been at my current firm 3 years and got the call again, again about an opportunity that is hard to pass up. I don’t like having a reputation of a flight risk, but this keeps happening. Should I decline to pursue the opportunity just so I have a longer track record at my current firm? This will be my 4th if I move.

Which practice group in your firm seems the “happiest” and seems to enjoy what they do? M&A appears to be the most miserable at both firms I’ve now been at…
