Can I enter the US when I have H1B change of employer petition approved but employed with my current company and serving notice period? Which company’s I-797 form do I show immigration? Do I tell them about switching jobs, etc.?

Hello all, I am a fresher and have joined TCS in 2021. I have worked with mainframe and a bit of Salesforce. Now I am not enjoying the work here as I feel myself stagnant. Apart from that I am not that much inclined towards coding. Can you all please suggest me that shall I make a switch now? And since I am not interested in coding, what are all other options I should look for. Please help me out.

I’m 6 month pregnant with a good amount of lower back pain that gets worse with standing and walking. Insanely, I’d like to take my 2 older kids to Disney before the new baby arrives. 1 year experienced BOA here, expectations were huge before joining ZS and the situation is completely reverse out here other than left and anti joins couldn't see any potential consulting work done by me during this tenure. Have you felt the below, how did you overcome (apart from leaving!) Exhausted or demotivated, took a vacation to come back fresh. But post joining did not find work interesting anymore. All seems to boring and losing interest
