Any recommendation for a solo trip in the U.S? I’m 27F, petite, Asian American, don’t drive so renting a car is out of option :/ I love good food, city, nature, adventure, chilling in beach, etc. Basically everything lol I would like somewhere that’s relatively safe to travel solo, don’t need a rental car (Uber or public transport is ok), and has good things to do there. Needing your help!

Nowadays management isn't giving approvals for too high salaries. So quote accordingly
He was not willing to give anything above 16 fixed
16 is very less I guess. Last year when I joined KPMG, they offered me 12lpa (3 years experience)
Don't join at 16. This is less than what hike your current company will give you. For 6YOE ask for 22 in next interviews.
Right. Will be denying their offer if they cannot increase. Thanks for info
KPMG is currently offering 12+ for 3+ years exp.
So you calculate according to your current ctc, skill set and experience
So should I ask for 24+ Is it possible that they will directly reject me if I quote too much?
I have seen a person with similar experience join KGS two months back at 21LPA
